Hey Matthew, you have a really stunning collection of photos that I will kill anytime to achieve.
Thanks for your compliment eventhough I don't think I deserve them as I should have. I'm using my old compact, a Nikon Coolpix 3700 for three long years and I can't wait to purchase my first DSLR in December.I'm thinking of either a Nikon D60, Canon EOS 350D or 400D...what do you think?
Are all your shots achived by using the Canon Powershot S3 IS? I love the waterlily shots. Very vibrant and full of life.

Hey Huiwen! Thanks for stopping by and for the compliments also. Yeah, it was all achieved with the PowerShot S3 IS.
Omg, I can't believe you achieved your shots with a compact! It certainly looks professional enough! As they all say, it's not the camera that matters, it's the photographer. Some seriously good skills you have there.
And frankly, I'm no camera expert (I think you could already figure that out), especially when it comes to DSLRs. I'm still new to this whole thing and learning is an everyday matter to me. Well, I hope that you could make the right decision when the time comes (I also want!).
By the way, wanna wish you a Happy 17thBirthday (31st October, right?). Hope I get it right. Have a great birthday!
